Decorating

As a leasing consultant and home owner I find everyday I run into someone who has a decorating question. At the top of the list is how to get color or small space.

Answer: Paint an accent wall. Many apartment communities are now letting their residents do just that! Remember this is your home not just a stop off on your road of life.

Go to your property manger and submit what you have make sure that the color is a neutral tone as this is easier for them to paint over and let the fun begin! I suggest one wall even in your home as this is a great starting point.

Then you can add color around the room with your rugs art work and throw pillows. Add some greens for softness and you’re off. Let your creative juices flow!
