I can tell you frankly that until recently had no idea of what a gluten free diet was. I do not have a good crop of indisputable fact that they really could base my knowledge. Since then I have found, however, that gluten what you call the part of the proteins of certain grains like rye, barley, wheat and other grains. Some people happen to be allergic to gluten in these grains and therefore must have a gluten free diet.
Gluten is a protein that is found in wheat, rye, and barley. A gluten-free diet would mean giving up all foods with this protein in them. Some people have to eat gluten-free. It is necessary for people with gluten allergies or celiac disease to eat a gluten-free diet.
Significantly, buckwheat called "grain for millions" because it, besides being rich in vitamins and minerals, it appears one of the most suitable cereal for active athletes and to maintain shape.
I seem to have a continuing battle with dock plants in my garden. I know it’s strictly my fault – I live in a beautiful village in Norfolk UK and the back of my house overlooks the most wonderful water meadows but this beauty comes at a price. My garden can become overrun with dandelions, nettles, clover and docks.
