A proxy is a legal document in which a person (founder / principal) appoints another person or organization acting as an agent on their behalf. Grantor delegates authority to the agent to perform certain actions or functions on its behalf. The person or organization you appoint is called your "attorney-in-fact" or "agent". Legal and proxy has a close relationship. When testator creates a will, that really need someone to enforce his will according to your wishes. So does executor of the same way as an agent of the job force.
