3. Garlic cloves – eight to 10
4. Sugar – ½ tea spoon
5. Tamarind – a small grape size
6. Salt – quantity required.
In a small vessel, dry roast together coriander seeds, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, almonds, coconut and whole red chillis. When cool, grind it to paste.
Put mutton minces in a pressure cooker. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and teaspoons salt and cook for about 10 minutes till all the water evaporates. Allow it to cool.
