Some Good Things Dogs and Cats as Pets Do for You
This is an article about the beneficial value of pet dogs and cats.
When you have a dog you can have better relationships. Texas A%M researchers tell us they discovered that when we get a dog 70% of families do not have as much stress and in general are happier. At the State University of New York at Albany researchers discovered that when a couple get a dog they bond better becoming closer and end up loving each other more. When we pet a dog oxytocin which is a hormone that makes us want to hug somebody goes up in our bodies.
Are you thinking about losing weight, but always put off exercise? Your best bet is if you can take care of it get a dog you have to walk several times a day When you have a dog you will walk it about 30 minutes a day, of course you can walk your dog as long as you BOTH can take it. Walking this 30 minutes a day is 66% more than those individuals without a dog. They figured this out during research into the exercise habits of 6000 people. In an Australian study says for children if they had a dog they were less likely to be obese or overweight without a dog. There was another study that said people who have a dog need fewer doctors visits. Unless the doctor makes you come a couple times a year for medicine refills.

If you are thinking of getting a cat, here are two good things they do for you.
One good thing a cat does is prevent asthma according to researchers for Columbia University say that when a child reaches the age of five, if that child grew up with a cat have a lot less chance of getting asthma than those who had no cat growing up. The child had more chance of getting asthma if they had a dog. The chances just go down on cats.
This is an interesting idea, but its true. Cats purr in frequencies of 20 Hz to 50 Hz and this is proven to be the Hz when you have more than one cat helps improve the bones in the cat who purrs and the other ones. Because of this it’s no wonder that a cat has less broken bones and hip dysplasia and arthritis than a dog. The other great news is that scientists think this might apply to other animals and even to humans, possibly. But on other animals that are chickens and rabbits that if they hear this every day to those vibrations had had a 20% more bone density and strength. A cat could probably help your other pets if you have any.

I love pets, especially cats, dogs and rabbits. They really can be beneficial – I never really used to go out and now I have my dog I go out all over the place to take him for walks.

Good article, very interesting. I’ve always had pets and I do believe they help you to stay healthier and bring happiness into your life, they love unconditionally. What is more, they don’t argue every little thing. Yup, pets are a good thing.
