The nutritional needs of puppies is essential for proper growth and health.
In order for your puppy to grow, it must be fed the right levels of nutrition. The right dietary choices will help in your puppy’s development of its bones and joints, brain growth, muscles developing and growing, internal organ growth and immune system. In order for your puppy to grow properly, its diet should consist of protein, which is a building block of muscle in your puppy’s skin and coat, organs and tissues. Secondly, calcium and phosphorus, necessary for strong bones and teeth and omega fatty acids, essential for your puppy’s immune system development.
It is important to feed your puppy right from the beginning. Allowing your puppy to become overweight can lead to serious health problems in the future. It is best to feed your puppy dog food instead of home made meals. If your dog gets bored of eating the same food everyday, then mix it up with other flavors. For instance, if you normally feed your puppy Purina Dog Chow meat flavor, try switching to turkey throughout the week. Whether you have a puppy or dog, it’s okay to feed them once a day. Make sure that your puppy has plenty of water in his plate at all times. In the morning, I usually feed my puppy a few slices of banana and fresh strawberries. Around noon, if he is a good boy, he earns a biscuit. And then, around dinner time, he eats the dry puppy food or the meat or turkey flavor canned food. There are a variety of healthy choices for your puppy to eat. Always read the labels before purchasing any type of food. However, your veterinarian will advise you on the food and vitamins that your puppy needs in order to ensure proper health and development.

In order to make sure that your dog is in shape, talk to your veterinarian first. Next, take your puppy out for a walk around the block or throw the Frisbee and have your dog run and bring it back to you. These are some of the ways that your puppy can get more fit. Fill your dog’s bowl with water at all times in order to prevent dehydration.
