Prevention

A very simple thing to do, and yet many of us fail to do it.

Prevention

Prevention pertains to every aspect of our lives, from protection our home, car, child and pets; yet most of us don’t think about these things until something happens.

Always watching our back as we make our way around the town, neighborhood or vacation spots, and informing our love one to do the same. Our children, my children are my everything and I am constantly informing them to watch and look to see what is going on around them. If they seem clueless, the door is wide open to all kinds of dangers; and it is scary because many of us think it can’t happen to us or that we are “untouchable”. Scary! Home is the place where we are suppose to feel safe and secure, but once you home has been broken into;  we feel violated and we no longer feel safe. Thus is the reason to lock the doors, keep out door light on at night’ sensor ones are the best. If your sensor light goes on usually there is a reason for it. Our pet, whom we love, they are our other precious “other” children and yet so many people let their dogs and cats out without a leash, how stupid! No matter how much we train our pets, if something catches their eye, they will run off; and get lost or worse get hit by a vehicle.

Protecting our car, something that is material yet very important to us, we need our car for work, transporting our children to school, and occasionally for vacations and yet many of us don’t take the proper precautious to protect the vehicle.  Protecting your car means don’t leave the title in the glove compartment, don’t park in a dark and dreary place this gives the thief the cover they need to hide, while breaking into your car.

  8. Very well said. Most accidents and mishaps could have been prevented. although after they happen, it is no good to spend too much time feeling guilty or assigning blame. We just need to learn from our mistakes and start paying closer attention.
