Man’s Best Friend

Mans best friend has always been known as the dog. This is because of many reasons, they are loyal, always there for you, and they never judge.

A dog doesn’t know who is bad, so they are loyal to their master no matter what. A dog only knows who feeds them and takes care of them. If the master is a thief they could care less as long as the master is there to feed him and give him water. The dog doesn’t even need love to be loyal. If a master beats his dog because he feels like it, the dog might be hurt for a few minutes, but he will still love his master. He will just keep going back to his master, since that is all he knows.

Dogs are also always there for you. They will sit down by the fire and listen as you pour out your heart, or you just vent because they are there. You know they will keep your secrets since they will never tell anybody. Your dog will go and comfort you when you are sad, since they can since your discomfort. He will keep going back to you to make sure you are okay and will never leave your side, if you don’t want him to. Then at the end of the day, they will sit at the door and wait for you to come home, and you never have to wonder if they will be waiting for you.

But best of all, a dog never judges you. A dog doesn’t know if you are short, fat, or stupid. They just know that they love you. They could careless if you aren’t perfect, because to them you are. You are their whole world, for without you they would truly die.

When you have a dog you also have your own security system. Dogs will protect their territory from others, which also happens to be your territory. They alert you when someone is outside, or coming up the steps to your house. If you are out with your family your dog will protect your family from strangers, so you don’t have to worry. Having a dog truly is a wise decision when you think about it. They will comfort your small child, give you joy, and love you always.

When you think about it dogs are truly mans best friend, for they are loyal, always there for you, and will never judge you.
