Doggy Millionaires

Dogs having millions? Unbelievable but real. Instead of giving their money to their own family, dog owners would give their dogs a trust fund too!
Would you believe that some dogs are richer than humans? It’s unbelievable but it’s true. I don’t know why those owners would give millions to their mutts instead of giving their millions to charities or to their own families. But it’s totally outrageous yet real. See for yourself:
Oprah’s Four Dogs – $30,000,000

2 cocker spaniels and 2 golden retrievers. Last September, Oprah already prepared for her dog’s future when she reportedly left a $30 million trust fund to her beloved dogs. So that’s about $7.5 million each, for her dogs? Wow!
2. Leona Helmsley’s Dog, Trouble – $12,000,000

After New York hotelier Leona Helmsley died last August 2007, her white Maltese “Trouble” received $12 million dollars. To think, the dog received more money than Leona Helmsley’s own family which was $5 million each for two of her four grandchildren, and the remaining two gets nothing. Plus the chauffeur even receives $100,000. Sad family, lucky dog.
The dog is cute, maybe that’s one reason why the hotelier gave the dog her will.
Moose, Starred as Eddie in Frasier – $3,200,000

Moose is a Jack Russell Terrier who reportedly cost $3.2 million. Moose starred as Eddie on the entertaining Television show, Frasier. The dog passed away last 2006 with the age of 15 years in human years and 108 in dog years.
Drew Barrymore’s Dog, Flossie – $3,000,000
Actress Drew Barrymore gave $3 million to her dog Flossie, a yellow Labrador chow mix dog for saving her life and her boyfriend’s life when her mansion was on fire last 2001. Her dog just barked so loud and hit on the door that helped the actress escape with her life and her boyfriend’s life too.
