A new way to slow mental decline in old age.
The researchers conducted a series of studies on two groups of mice. The first group was allowed to run on a treadmill, the average of 15mil (24 km) per day, while the other mice formed the control group. The mice were then a memory test to see results. The study showed the rats ran along, have more intelligence than the mice that did not move much.
