What do you think this little guy is seeing in the mirror? Another puppy? Someone to play with? Regardless, this little one seems to be having a good time, though maybe frustrating, playing with himself in a mirror. Watch out for the “thunk” towards the end!

Cute puppy whistle

If you have sensitive ears, you might want to turn down the sound on this video. This little puppy is being held and coaxed into making a whistle-like sound. And boy, is he good at it! Though it doesn’t sound like he’s having a good time to me.

World’s smallest puppy

Actually, this little girl might not be the smallest dog in the world at 7 inches long, but she’s right near the record of 6 and a half inches. This video is of a news story about this tiny puppy who is much smaller than her many siblings.

Puppy or chicken?

It’s a puppy. Or is it a chicken? Even the video’s commentator seems to think this furry one looks like a chicken while sleeping on its back. I found it amusing the commentator sounds somewhat like actor Jeff Goldbloom.

Sleepwalking Dog

This one is actually of a full-grown dog. And … ouch! Stay with it until the end (don’t worry, the video’s only 24 seconds). You’ll catch a little surprise. Starts off funny, but is sort of sad in the end.

Dog saying “I Love You”

Another grown dog, but this video is quite touching to the heart. I think my wife actually shed a few tears when she saw this video, saying “I wish our beagle could do that.” But it’s okay. We know our beagle, Lily, loves us. At least when there’s food around.

Puppy Bowl Classic

If you’ve never watched the Puppy Bowl on the Animal Planet television station, you need to. It’s on the TV every year at the same time as the Super Bowl. My wife and I aren’t much for football, so instead we usually watch the Puppy Bowl instead. The Puppy Bowl is a lot of fun, and it lasts for a whole game of football!

Puppies vs. cat

Poor kitty. I think the cat gets the worst end of this deal. There’s no real fighting, so you don’t have to worry about that. But this poor cat is nearly surrounded, and hounded (pun not intended … really), by a whole slew of puppies. The puppies are cute, though, in their hesitation with the cat.

Puppy vs. robot

Yes, you read that title correctly. In this video, a small, spider-like robot follows a puppy around a house. And the poor pup doesn’t seem to happy about it! The game sounds are courtesy of old 80s video games, mainly Donkey Kong, I believe.

Revenge of the Puppy

This video is an advertisement for a dog training school, but I thought it was funny enough to add to the list. The moral of the story? Puppies don’t stay puppies forever. And good boys get to go inside!
