No replies?Some says that the system has been down since 2007.

Better off texting the number 09189635396 and provide that same information.

Atleast, it would reply with this :

“You may call Makati philhealth ofc at 8972759, 897-6389 and 897-3337 for any inquiries.”

Call those numbers or better off getting it from your employer. You can also visit their nearest office, fill up a form and line up, it is faster…
