Why is Love Sometimes So One Sided?

So there you sit once again wondering why.  It seems that the one in any relationship, that tries hardest, giving it all they have until they are exhausted suffers most.  The thing is, as long as you know you have done your best, you should never ask yourself why the relationship failed, just move on. 

We rush into a relationship without thinking about what will happen down the road.  We love our partner to death because of a look, a personality, or even how funny one is, but we never think how that love is going to be returned. 

Men and women are different.  Men think differently then women and that’s just a fact.  A woman gives a relationship her all while a man thinks all he has to do is show up.  Women love, and nurture, while men are self centered. 

Men and women both cheat.  I place not the blame on any one gender because we are both guilty of it.  Men cheat because the opportunity is there, a woman will cheat when the man fails to give to a relationship 100%.   Women, after trying so hard for so long just give in, give up and look somewhere else.  Man will take any invitation and go for it.

Ladies, how can you insure that a man will give you their all?  You can’t and that’s where trust comes in to the picture.  When a man is trusted, in his mind that means, he has a blank check and can do whatever he wants.  No woman should ever feel lonely.  The woman thinks she fails when a man cheats.  We must change that mindset to, “I am a winner, and he is a loser.”  Women need to remind themselves that loneliness is only in the mind.  Men cannot survive without woman.  A woman must STOP, and see who they are going to be forming a relationship with, LOOK, at the person, is he stable in his own life enough to take on a partner, and LISTEN, to what others say about your new found love.  Many of us won’t listen hard enough because we are blinded by passion.  If you think you are settling, don’t because something better is always on the horizon.
