See receipts on maintenance that has already been done.  Get permission to ride by the house at night.  Make sure you are around Malls, stores,.  You also want to make sure your town is busy at night.  Just not in your new neighborhood.  You will want your street quite after hours.  Make sure your home is possibly walking distance to a lot of businesses.  

Children friendly.  Make sure everything you and the Realtor agreed on is in writing.  Know how low you can go on your home and what the cost includes.  Make sure you aren’t price gauged.  Be in the know on how much your property is valued and will be charged.  

Ask for any sales or promotions available for buying your house.  Make sure your Realtor smells great and is friendly, clean,.  At all times.  And they are available at a moments notice if need be.
