Tired of Paying Too Much for Your Electronics? Save Money with This Guide

How to save money when buying things.

We all like to buy random bits of technology that we don’t really need. Well you can save your money for other things by doing one of two things:

  1. Stop buying useless crap.
  2. Buy online.

As the first suggestion is not really an option, well go with the second thing. Buying online can save money and effort, as you wont need to drive/walk all the way to the shop, look for the object you need (or rather… don’t need) and then carry it to the register.

Depending on what you want to buy, you will need to go to different websites all over the Internet, like different shops in a town. For example, if you want a Nintendo Wii game, you could either go to your local over priced game shop, or you could order it online from play.com where i recently got the Wii version of Mario power tennis for  €6.99, free delivery. If you want a daily super-cheap deal, Boffer.co.uk is your website. ( also, a message to the Boffer team: you owe me one for advertising your site! :) BigPockets is also a cheap place to buy things from Cd’s to astronaut food.

If you are from Ireland, you can go to Adverts.ie to buy stuff from other Irish people near you at cheap prices, or help them out by taking their unwanted items ( By this i mean get free stuff ;)

I just found a website called Uxcell, which sells electronics at cheap prices. Yesterday i ordered 2 laser pointers and a weird mouse that you put on your finger like a ring, all for just €20, including p+p

I’m always on the lookout for cheap/free stuff online and i will update this page if i find anything.

Also, i didnt put eBay up here because everyone already knows it and it is overpriced on a lot of items.
