Explaining simple ways you can put a dollar, to good use.
In these days, with the economy being as it is, a dollar almost seems useless to Americans. It definitely won’t get you much! Here are some ways of getting the most out of YOUR dollar!
There are many ways of spending:
Food
Drink
Entertainment
Investments
& Bills
1. Food: Go down to McDonald’s and get yourself a double cheeseburger. If you’re not into McDonald’s, the Taco Bell has the BEST deal for a dollar, and even less. For $.99 you can get a burrito that would almost fill you up. They even have a $.79, and an $.89 menu also. Taco Bell has been proven to be the best deal for your money.
2. Drink: Well, go down to the dollar store and get an off brand gallon of fruit punch for a buck! Or maybe go back to McDonald’s, return your double cheeseburger, and get their 44oz soda when it’s on sale for a buck. And if you were thinking alcoholic drink, um…? Well, I guess you can go to a friends party and offer him a dollar for a “mixxy”. That’s the best your going to get.
3. Entertainment: Not much you can really do for fun with a dollar, BUT! Going to the movie store and going over to the 2 for a dollar section. Or maybe be a big spender and go to the dollar section and only get one! You can also go to a nearby arcade and spend a buck. May only last you about 15 minutes but, it’ll pass the time.
4. Investments: Well, the only investments I see possible with a dollar is going to the casino, and hoping you can double it. OR! Find a decent PTC site (paid to click), and invest a dollar on some referrals to hopefully earn you some sweet cash!
5. Bills: I don’t even know why I mentioned this, unless you took out a 5 year loan on a car that was $85, a buck won’t really do much for you.
Here’s the BEST thing to do if you have a dollar: Put it in your pocket. For every time you find yourself having a spare dollar somewhere, just save it. It adds up real quick!
There are other possibilities you can explore and find with a dollar, but that’s up to you. These are some simple and practical ways of spending a dollar, and getting a little bit out of it, instead of down the drain.
I hope this helped, and thank you so much for your time!
