Savings: How to Make Your Bank Account Put on Weight

Most people believe that being free is to be able to spend all their time, all their money and all their health in any way they want without any consequences. Later on they will see they missed a lot in life because now they are not free anymore, they have to spend a lot of time working, they do not have the money to live the life they want, nor they have the health to work anymore and this is so sad.

Being free means you must live the life you want but in a very responsible way, not in a junky way if you know what I mean.

The most important thing you will ever do for you is to make a savings account where you will make regular deposits, every week or every month and you will never ever touch that money.

If you are not going to touch that money, why do you want to keep it? Just like you keep a dangerous weapon in your house just in case.

The more money you have with you, the higher your status will be and the more secure you will always be. You see, when you know you can defend yourself against anything you stop living like a scared cat and you put your most confident look all the time.

This savings account will do exactly that for you. You know that no matter what happens you will always be safe against anything!

How to start such account? Most people will open a savings account, some people will invest the money and some other people will start to think about retirement.

I recommend you to open a simple savings account that you know your money is always liquid and available when you want. Then you will make automatically a deduction from your income right to this account. I believe this is the best way to do such thing. This is what I do for myself and I cannot recommend it enough.

Start to set a very small percentage of what you earn like for example just 10% of all your earnings.

Then as you progress in your financial life you might want  to increase this value to the highest number you can. The most important part of this system is you must never reduce this percentage. Like the money you never touch, if you keep on reducing this number in hard times you will lose all the confidence in the system and also all your status too. Just do not touch nor the money, nor the percentage!
