Income Tax: Do We Really Have to Pay It?
by Joshua Easterly on Dec 28, 2008 with 1 Comments
Every year filing our taxes becomes a priority as we gather up our information, head down to HRS or our accountants, and them file our taxes. Next we pay a fee in order to finally receive a measly check in the mail for all of the money we put in.
To me it’s like a bad investment but for many people who believe that their income tax actually goes to the build new roads and what have you its doing their part.
But when doing our part becomes doing something that we don’t have to do but are being told that we do it becomes a problem and not only for me but for many people, including those that work in the IRS. So what is it that says we have to pay income tax exactly?
Income tax is literally Taxation without Representation why? Because when you tax some one without a valid claim as to why you are taxing them but are forcing them to do so under penalties and perjury you are committing Taxation without Representation. And that is exactly what is happening to you when you pay income tax for several reasons.
First things that make income tax unconstitutional is that Amendment 16 was never actually put in stone and made a proper Amendment that made anyone pay anything, yet we still do, and why do you think that is? Because the IRS code book is 15,000 pages long and for you and I to be able to go through it, understand it and then making a argument against it is practically impossible. So the IRS has made it impossible for you and I to dispute their claim of income tax against us and then threatens us if we don’t pay it. What’s that called again, oh yeah Taxation without Representation. Today nearly forty percent of Americans don’t pay income tax and included in that statistic are IRS workers and agents many have actually quit there jobs for the simple reason that the Internal Revenue Service is taxing people without just cause.
They will also stop at nothing and in one instance the IRS persuaded a Federal Court to rule against the publication of a book that explains why Income tax is not required, which if you know your rights takes the right of Freedom of Speech by them not letting him sell his book. Yes that is upsetting to think that he lost his case but if you do some research you will find that many people are now challenging the IRS and winning court cases, and there are even cases where the IRS sides with the defendant and drops the case, why is that?
Last year the IRS made nearly 2 trillion dollars in standard income tax and another 873 billion in payroll tax. So ask yourself “where all that money is going?” Does the IRS actually spend that much money contributing to the nation in different means or is the IRS the largest scam in the modern day world? And if it is contributing how much and why is social security on the brink of extinction? I am not suggesting that you not pay your income tax or any other tax I am simply stating the facts that it is not constitutional to pay unnescesary taxes that our forefathers fought to be free from. Also I am writing this to just give you the facts and what you do with it is up to you.
