Many persons want to find a cheap furnished apartment to rent. When finances have to be reorganized, one of the first things people look for are cheap furnished apartments.
To find a cheap furnished apartment to rent you have to use a combination of methods. If you have been a good tenant and have tried to renegotiate your current apartment rent, you may not have met with success for several reasons. One of these may be that despite attempts to negotiate, your landlord can’t afford to offer an apartment to rent at the monthly rate that suits you best.
In that case, it’s time to start looking for an apartment to rent that fit the requirements that you have for space, commuting time, and value.
Create a map of the areas where you are likely to find a cheap furnished apartment to rent that meet your requirements for comfort and affordability. Put yourself in as good a negotiating position as possible by dressing your best when you are meeting with a real estate agent or a potential landlord and by holding down your enthusiasm a little when you find cheap furnished apartments for rent which meet your criteria.
Another option, if your landlord would allow it and if you have space, may be to get a roommate. If you share costs with someone who you can live with, who is responsible in ensuring that their portion of the apartment rent is paid and who doesn’t damage the furniture, wallpaper, or anything else that comes with the furnished apartment, your problem will be solved.
If your situation is really tight-you may have lost your job for example and may only be getting occasional work-you might consider moving in for a short period with relatives.
At least that way, you can contribute what money you do earn to the welfare of your family, by helping with groceries, utility costs, etc.
Remember that you may have to compromise on a few things with your new home so decide beforehand what you are willing to give up to get a cheaper apartment to rent.

I can’t leave my present apartment because my credit score is so bad no other landlord would rent to me. They check your credit.
