Eating for Profit: How Your Food Impacts Your Bottom Line

I must admit, I was teaching what I practice before sharing. As they say, “teach what you need to learn” has been true for me. I am now happy to share with you from the place of actual experience, in good faith. What I will say that it changed my life in a deeper way and then everything I learned.

I had a long history of “mental illness” as they say. BI polar light, adding to name a few. I was diagnosed with them all at one time or another. For the most part, and I thanked all the mental trauma because it made me go to these dark places deeper inside and really helped me find peace. I remember Eckhart Tolle says that those of us who are in more pain are closer to enlightenment, because we have a reason to locate. I would say that is correct.

Being an entrepreneur evoke the strength and wisdom they have inside, like nothing else can. Also, the “force” to incorporate parts of himself: your left and right brain, mind, body and spirit, your inner child and your true self, just to name a few. Are all these parts of himself to work with you to succeed: that you have money, free time and you live with passion and purpose.

I think that’s why 90% of companies can not take off because it lacks integration. Most employers just want to do their job without the slightest attention to details or the marketing of their craft – and sorry, it’s just not right. Some want to inspire others, but do not take care of them. Integration requires practice and perspective, but today I will share a vital piece of this puzzle that has changed my life in a way that can feel physically, emotionally and mentally faster than everything I I never did.

What I am writing today is nutrition. As I write this, I stop to take a mouthful of delicious lunch salad: spinach, rosemary, basil, spinach, cabbage, parsley, arugula, leaf spring, tomatoes, dried tomatoes, yellow pepper, leek , cucumber, oil, oil, lemon and the “strengthening” salad I enjoy the raw food section of Whole Foods, with seven different super foods inside. Now, imagine how I feel after eating it?

Since I tend to have brain chemistry mad, I became interested in how food affects. The food is so important and vital to the chemistry of the brain well, be happy, having an optimistic attitude and energy. Now I can say from experience that I feel more like “me” than ever before in my life. It is really amazing.

How this affects your bottom line? Think about it. What to make more money? You need energy, Uplifting attitude, clarity and focus, right? Of course! If you start your day with a cup of coffee and a bagel, not intended that way.

This is not what you want when you have your own business. Want to start your day with cleaning your body, move your body, and a meal in the right direction that you set up throughout a day of action inspired and supported.

Here are some tips that I propose:

1. Oz Drink 20 to 30 of water upon waking. Try a little water with some lemon, honey and aloe vera juice to revive the process of cleaning your body.

2. Exercise at least 20 minutes each day. If you take one or two days a week out of “exercise” and then sit down and do some stretching and deep breathing.

3. Start your day with a healthy movement. It has been demonstrated that the protein in the morning can help your attention all day, but you also need vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. There is no better way than a shock. It is SUPER easy on your digestion that will maintain the high energy of 3 to 4 hours. I have a great recipe to use mines (stay away from Slim Fast & related products, are full of refined sugar, which is a no-no.)

I’ll share my recipe with you, enjoy:

1 box of juice coconut (Amy & Brian)

A little water (enough to mix everything well)

1 ounce of mangosteen juice (or mangosteen / mix Noni) (costs of something big about $ 20, but it takes a while)

1 teaspoon cocoa, raw ground

1 tablespoon molasses

1 / 2 teaspoon ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon coconut crude oil

2 v. tablespoons protein powder hemp

1 / 2 teaspoon of bee pollen (please read about this when you buy it – you have to build over a week or two, and allergy care.

Fruit:

1 / 2 cup (more or less) of fresh cranberries

Most berries are good, free is good, but I like a little jelly texture. I use a mixture of frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries and strawberries)

1 tsp super green foods (including spirulina, blue green algae, etc.

This gives you more nutrition than the average person receives in a month. Each of these foods is incredible! Take care of your body is essential to your happiness, health and prosperity.
