5 Ways to Make Extra Money

A list of ways to help your bottom line.
- Hobby. Everyone has hobbies, you can make extra money using your hobby as a business, decorate cakes, build models to sell, do hair or makeup for events, make picture frames or crafts, sew or bake or whatever you love.
- Articles. Like this article, you can write a similar one on anything you can think of and enjoy writing about. Post them on sites such as Triond and make a few cents a day, up to dollars depending on how many you write, then just sit back and collect every day without doing any work. After the initial writing of the articles of course, though some wouldn’t consider that work.
- Garage Sales. We all have junk that we can get rid of; games, movies, clothes, furniture, nick-nacks and anything else you can get rid of. Have a garage sale and get rid of your junk while making some spare pocket change in the process.
- Part Time Jobs. I know what you’re thinking, “I already have a job”, but in a couple hours a week you could make some spare money. Try a small cleaning job a couple nights a week, for a couple hours a week you could make major side money.
- Favor Fee’s. If you’re a good citizen who gives all your friends rides or helps them move and never get anything in return, this is a good opportunity to make a little spare change. Favor fees are a fee that you charge for any helping hand you give. Somebody need a ride across town? Gas fee. Need a hand with moving or a babysitter? Either payment or a courtesy meal is a good idea. This may not necessarily make much money but it will save some if you usually do these favors for nothing at all.
