What I Care About, What I Don’t
I care about different things than a lot of people.
I don’t care if there’s stain on my shirt
I do care that the United States allows children to go homeless
I don’t care if there’s a dent in my car
I do care if my car runs.
I don’t care if I spill something on the carpet
I care about baseball.
I care if my food tastes good.
I don’t care if so-called “experts” think my food is healthy,
I care about my spritual beliefs.
I don’t care about changing other people’s beliefs.
I care if I am happy
I also care if others are happy but I know that I am not responsible for making them happy.
I don’t care what others think of me.
I care what I think of myself
