Keeping It Clean

Cleaning around the house makes it germ-free for everyone.

There are several ways you can keep clean around your home and at the same time prevent germs from spreading, which is good because then no one gets sick! Here they are:

  • Keep a rag by the sink. Mildew likes to grow around the drain and faucet. It causes an orange-like color ring to grow around moist places. If you keep the area in your sink dry, it will prevent mildew from growing in a massive amount.
  • Clean the bathtub—mildew and hair. Need I say more?
  • Keep a toilet bowl cleanser around—every once in a while it gets naaaaaasty in there!
  • Do the dishes, but wash out your rag, hang it up to dry. You don’t want mold to grow on there.
  • Dust, dust, dust.
  • Pick up the hair on your carpet, or vacuum. Either way, you’ll probably end up picking up hair by hand because you don’t want the vacuum to clog or it’ll burn.
  • Don’t leave empty bottles and cans lying around. Recycle them as soon as you’re done using them.
