Great tip! Lemons are great for getting cutting boards clean. Just sprinkle some salt on the cutting board, and scrub it with half a lemon.
I thought of something that might improve your tip. Take some netting, like the net bags that onions come in. Put half a lemon in the bag, and you can skip the step of squeezing the lemon and using a brush.
