Perfecture
The term “perfecture” means district under a prefect or governor.
In France it is official residence of a prefect. However the word perfecture mean s place which is supposed to be a
district. The area of a district is said as a
perfecture. Sometimes it is a residence that is to mean for a prefect. There are some principles to be carried out at the time of constructing a residence of
governor or a prefect. As because a governor has self prestige and gravity. He/she has been an officer who has own identity and a social position in the society. He has his own mode of administration in the society. The society gives him a special
chair of respect for his position in the society. Perfecture is not a simply
residence but it has specific importance in the society. The governor is the top most person in a state in terms of administration. THerefore everybody gets an entertainment in seeing the residence of a governor. The people of a state gives a respectable chair to the governor of the state. It has been a common sense of the people to see the residence of a governor with sufficient respect and honour.
