To stay healthy, we must clean our body thoroughly. The outer covering of our body-the skin is exposed to sun, air and everyday pollution. All this makes the skin dirty. This is the reason for to take bath daily.
Water and soap help us in getting rid of germs on the body surface. You must always wash your hands before and after eating and after going to toilet. We should also wash our hair twice every week. After taking bath, we must clean our ears with soft wet towel ad trim our nails. We should always keep our nose clean. A runny nose looks very dirty.
We should wear neat and clean clothes. Undergarments should be changed twice a day.
