How to Use the Left Over Coffee in the Bottom of the Pot

Ever wonder what to do with the left over coffee in the pot? Well, here are some great uses for it.

Do you always end up pouring half a pot of coffee down the drain? Well here are some better uses for your left over Java.

Coffee is a great flavoring and can really add rich flavor.  Why not freeze left over coffee in an ice cube tray and use it to add to iced coffee instead of watering your drink down with regular ice cubes?

Substitute coffee for water in your brownie or chocolate cake mix. It will give your desert a richer flavor.

Making stew? Add some leftover coffee to your liquid you won’t be disappointed in the zesty flavor.

Add strong coffee when making a barbecue sauce. It will enhance the flavor of whatever you put on the grill.

Try marinating meat in coffee. It not only tenderizes,  but also adds an earthy flavor that will have them asking for seconds.

What about sprucing up the baked beans? Just substitute coffee for water in your favorite recipe or add a little coffee when heating up canned baked beans.

Now go ahead, make another pot of coffee. When your done drinking your fill,  just use what’s left to make a cake or a pot of stew.
