For a creative way of serving drinks, try freezing some berries and fruits in season and then set them at the bottom of the drink. They will add some sophistication to a drink and they will also keep the drinks colder.
The Invitations
To host a fabulous party, invite as many people as you could manage. To get a good response, you have to create invites that look professionally made. Hundreds of printable invitation cards, designs, and layouts are available either online or you can have them professionally printed.
Office depot and superstores are also great sources for paper and invitation supplies because of their huge selection of items which you may also buy at wholesale prices. Items like tablecloths and other party things are good to purchase at superstores so you could save more money especially on bulk material. Whenever get the chance visit a local superstore or warehouse store try to look around to see what they offer.
The Decor
When it comes to décor try to get a little creative by mixing and matching some of the linens and other ornaments. This way your party will look livelier and not boring. Do anything you can to liven up the place. In Spring or Summer, you can use fruits and flowers to decorate. You may create a centerpiece arrangement or have a designer make it; however, it will be a bit expensive. A cheaper decor option is just sprinkle some petals on some areas. It will look add elegant and whimsy. Candles also can do much to beautify an event. If you prefer to have a subdued lighting, there are plenty of creative ways to utilize candles and mirrors as decorations. Just remember not to set candles where they can get easily get knocked over or burn something.
Music
Music adds a nice touch to a party. The choice of music will depend on the kind of party that you will have, you may wish to carefully select the type of music to be played. The music has to work with the theme and aura of the party. Jazzy or instrumental music can work for just about any kind of party.

Hosting a party can be really stressful, particularly if you do it by yourself. Hiring services could sometimes be expensive but as for me, I would rather do that so that I can keep focus on the guests. These are great tips!
