2 – 3 beetroots
2 tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sugar
Peel and cut the beetroot according to your desired size and shape.
In a pan, melt the butter. Put the beetroot and fry for 10-15 minutes.
Pour in the water, stir and wait until the beetroot absorb it.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and sugar for your taste.
