Smart Styling Tips to Transform Your Bedroom Into Ultimate Comfort Haven
..All it takes is a few smart styling tips to transform your bedroom into the ultimate comfort haven. Here are some tips so you can create a bedroom so cozy and comfortable that you won’t to leave it-ever.
It is well known that sleeping is vital for our whole well-being. It restores the body, refreshes the mind, and even helps boost the immune system. The perfect bedroom should be cool, airy sanctuary.
We all like to snuggle up in bed. But to really add benefit to your well-being-and of your partner’s; your bedroom should be a place where you feel soothed, rested and relaxed.
All it takes is a few smart styling tips to transform your bedroom into the ultimate comfort haven! Here are some tips so you can create a bedroom so cozy and comfortable that you won’t to leave it-ever!

Top Styling Tips
Layering is the buzzword for beds (as it is with clothes). Not only it is a clever way to quickly adjust the temperature (especially as it gets colder towards the wee hours of the morning), it is also a great way of introducing different colors, but in different fabrics. When dressing a bed, reveal a generous amount of each layer to avoid it looking fussy.
Place your pillows on the bed with the open ends of the pillowcase towards the middle. This way the openings cannot be seen from the side.
A decorative quilt, bedspread, throw or blanket-or even two-will finish the bed off beautifully. Fold it neatly and drape it over the end. Warm, cozy fabrics like mohair or velvet are perfect for air-conditioned rooms.
Don’t forget the cushions. On most double beds, keep the cushions in the front smaller and only use big, square pillows at the back against the headboard. But if you have a tall or oversized headboard, the big square ones will work well in front.

Color Schemes
The bedroom is a personal, private space and one where many people spend most of their time when they are at home. So, choose a color scheme that appeals to you and makes you feel relaxed.
Be inspired by schemes used in hotel bedrooms that you have stayed in and felt instantly comfortable and chilled. Also look at the clothes in your wardrobe, which will reflect your natural color choices.
As a guide, soft or neutral colors are suitably soothing, but contrasting these with a deeper shade, on perhaps the bed head wall, can be stunning.
Deep plums and rich pinks are fashionable nowadays, although your man may prefer darker chocolate or khaki backdrops.
Keep the peace by reflecting both your tastes-use neutral background and then pick out color preferences in the bedding and accessories so they can easily be changed to suit taste and mood.

Best Dressed Beds
Your bed is the main focus so it should be comfortable and inviting, but it should also work with surroundings. Interior stylish will always look at the whole room before starting to consider how to dress the bed. Step back and think about your interior scheme, what colors you could pick out for the bed, and what style of dressing would best suit the space.
The Right Bedding
Fashion and quality are just as important on the bed as on the catwalk. There is a host of luxurious bed linen such as Dorma, Hotel Collection or celebrity-designed ranges like Calvin Klein to dress your bed with style.
But as well as visual appeal, it is important to get the right quality so you create a truly comfortable haven. Don’t be confused by thread counts. In fact, all they really tell you is the number of threads in a square inch of material, and how closely woven the fabric is.
Do not be deceived into thinking that the higher the thread count, the better the sheet, as different types of bed linen require different thread counts to produce the finished product. While cotton satin has a count of three hundred to six hundred, flannel requires only one hundred and fifteen threads per square inch.
Bed linen with a high thread count will not only be expensive, it will also be so fine and silky that it won’t launder or last as well as linen with a low thread count.

Conclusion
Remember that, when storing bed linen, create a separate pile for each room. If you have linen cupboard, store sets on shelves labeled by room. Alternatively, store each set in a separate pillowcase, or use colored ribbons. This makes it easy to identify them.
These are some useful solutions to create your dream bedroom and transform your bedroom into the ultimate comfort haven.

A helpful and well written article. My room however is my place of work and play. I lounge around on the bed a fair bit so I could never make my room look like the ones in the photos, but I like it the way it is. Maybe I could have a go at the spare room.
Good work.
