How to Build Arm Muscle: Four Easy Ways

There is nothing like looking in the mirror or walking down the street and feeling confident about wearing a sleeveless shirt on. It will give you so much pride about having toned arms that can make people turn a glance. If you have really fat or skinny arms there is a way to work on them properly. With some time and commitment you can have some great looking arms. Read on to see how.

1. When you are doing weight training make sure you are doing each and every rep slowly and with much control. You want to have toned looking arms and not look like a beef cake. Slow and controlled is the key. Make sure you are not lifting too much either.

2. When you are working on either free weights or a machine do three sets. You should do them until your arms begin to burn, once they do keep going a little while longer. That burning sensation lets you know that you are working out. Remember to be calm and do it slow.

3. Make sure you are working out all the parts of your arms and not just the biceps. You need to do hammer curls for bi- and triceps, barbell curls and forearm lifts and forearm curls.

4. Make a schedule of when you plan on going to the gym or working out every week. Try to at least get three one hour sessions every week.
