How to Build a Firm House?

This is about building a firm house.

We were told not to build a house on a sandy land. We were told to build a house on a rock. This only means that before building a house, a firm foundation must be chosen. A sandy land is not a firm foundation for a house, therefore, it is not ideal to build a house on a sandy land.
We were told to calculate the expenses before building the house so that we will be able to finish it. This is the economic side of building a house. There will be expenses. Money is usually involced nowadays.
Upon placing the foundation, which must be firm enough to be able to hold the house, the house may now be put into place.
