How to Breathe Easier In Your Own Home

Why It Could Be Hard To Breathe:

All kinds of “stuff” in our indoor air can cause us to unknowingly breathe harder than if we were breathing really nice purified air. “Stuff” like allergens from pets or the chemical out-gassings from things like carpeting, woodwork (cabinets), upholstery, painting and even our aerosol hair sprays, etc. Of course, smoke causes heavy breathing. Mold spores flying around will result in harder breathing. Oh, and don’t forget the bad bacteria that is in our air, or is on the surfaces in our home (especially door knobs and counter tops); that will not only affect our breathing but just plain make us sick physically.

My Own Physical Evidence That I’m Breathing Poor Indoor Air:

Maybe I clear my throat a lot. Is it because of the “stuff” in the air? Or maybe I snore? “Stuff” in the air could be the cause as it makes it harder to breathe when I am sleeping. Do my eyes water and itch a lot? Am I dealing with the “stuff” in the air around me? Many times, yes! Do I often have headaches? Especially headaches when at work or in my own home more than other places. Likely my indoor air is contaminated with something causing the headaches. Do I have a sore throat that never seems to end? What is in my indoor air that could cause that? Chemical out-gassings?
