Corridors From Feng Shui Perspective

Feng Shui is a system based on keen observation and experimentation, combining elements of nature and nutrition. It is the study of the environment, places, people, time, and how the energies of each interact.

The corridors relate to the confinement of energy in the house. It is the not to have long corridors at all in a residential space, since these cause infighting and represent straight arrows.

A door at the end of the corridor causes digestive problems. A toilet at the end of the corridor is bad and causes problems in conception of children.

A bedroom at he end of a long corridor causes bad sleep. People living on either side of a corridor have a good chance to clash.

To slow down the chi use bushy plants those are flowing through the corridor. Plants also have the effect of forcing the chi to travel in a meandering fashion, rather than in a straight line, there by making it auspicious rather than inauspicious.

Narrow spaces cause depressions and illness to the residents of the house. People with respiratory problems should not live in homes with narrow corridors. Chimes and Crystals on the roof slow down energy.
