Young Coconut Mango Pudding

ngredients:

     2 packs of order – that the white powder
     250 gr Sugar Java (finely crushed)
     400 ml water
     100 ml of coconut water
     2 pieces harumanis Mango (peeled, puree in blender)
     1 young coconut fruit (flesh take)
     1/2 tsp salt
     1/2 tsp vanilla powder
     1 tbsp Rum

How to Make:

     Sugar boiled with water until dissolved and set aside.
     Boil order – so that the coconut water to the boil.
     Add mango, water, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and rum, stir and remove from heat.
     Prepare to taste the pudding mold, wet with a little water.
     Put the coconut meat and set the mold was based.
     Pour pudding mixture into the mold.
     Cool and put into the refrigerator, cut – cut and serve cold.
