Suburb is far from the city noisy. Some retire prefers live on that place to avoid the city noisy. They can enjoy their life after dozen years working.

Today, some employee also prefer to stay at the suburb.The lower living cost are motivated them to live at suburb.

Here are the benefit living in suburb:

1. The cost of living may be cheaper

The suburb near the farm or crop plantation. You can get fresh vegetable and fruit from the farm that cheaper than supermarket fruit and vegetable. The house rent in suburb must be cheaper to then the urban.

You can plant some vegetables or fruit plant at the backyard so you do not have to buy the vegetable and fruit at the supermarket. If there are lot of land, you can raise chicken, sheep, and goat.

2. The property of suburb is cheaper than the urban

Surely, the land and building at the urban must be more expensive than the property at the suburb. The demand of suburb property is lower than the urban that is why the suburb is cheaper than the urban. A businessman may be not attracted with suburb living dues its few population. They may be difficult to market the business.

The house or apartement is not available for them. If they want spend more money, they might can hire the apartement.

3. The air still fresh

No one can pay the fresh air in the suburb. It is good for our respiration system. The suburb has so many plantation and tree. It can cover us from the sunny. There is also few machine activity that can polute the fresh water. The city has been polluted with hazardous timbal that can damage the child brain.

4. Cheaper transportation

The government usually provide mass transportation such as electric train, boat, and buss. It is cheaper than driving the car lonely. In my country, a suburb people community found the going to office together community. The community provides information the member who has car and who has no car. The member who has no car can go to the office with the car owner. Surely, they hitchiker will pay the gasoline cost. The owner will get benefit from it and the hitchiker does not need to pay more for transportation.
