Quick Strawberry sorbet with champagne
Ingredients
500 g of frozen strawberries
5 teaspoons caster sugar
1/4 cup of still mineral water / champagne
-chocolate cookies coconut for decoration
Preparation
- Strawberries are placed in a blender, add sugar, mineral water and mix until smooth.
- Serve immediately after preparation of the crushed cookies with chocolate and coconut.

I am always looking for ways to make frozen desserts, and this recipe is great! I imagine other frozen fruits would work well, too. I’ll have to try some. Maybe frozen bananas with the strawberries…. Yum!
