Quick Strawberry sorbet with champagne
500 g of frozen strawberries
5 teaspoons caster sugar
1/4 cup of still mineral water / champagne
-chocolate cookies coconut for decoration
- Strawberries are placed in a blender, add sugar, mineral water and mix until smooth.
- Serve immediately after preparation of the crushed cookies with chocolate and coconut.
