How to grow the best peppers in Texas.
There are so many way’s to grow rich, juicy peppers in Texas.
I have probably one of the very best ways.
I usually start my peppers from seeds. I plan them in a medium pot, about 4-6 weeks before the last frost.
After the last frost i plant them in a large pot or my garden. If another frost happens to strike up, i completely cover them with plastic without touching the leaves (If you do pill bugs and other creatures might just get the leaves).
Also watch out for other pests. For example, the evil, and dreaded aphids! For those who don’t use pesticides, first squirt the leafs with a little bit of soap and water. This does not kill most aphids but will anger them and make the Job cleaner. Then rub you finger on the entire top and bottom of the leafs. do this every day for 5 days and the peppers can heal them self when they come back. They will become a threat again about 2 weeks later
Your peppers will flower and then those flowers will turn into peppers. Do not pick them until they look big, juicy and ripe.
Your outdoor peppers will most likely die after the first frost. Also these suggestions are recommended for people who live in Texas. Thank you.
