Guaranteed Way to Kill All Slugs and Snails in Your Garden

A friend of mine once read this headline in a British Sunday newspaper, being a keen Gardner and vegetable grower he sent off  enthusiastically a postal order for ten pounds to the stated address and waited patiently for two weeks for his Slug/Snail killing kit to arrive, when the kit finally arrived he didn’t no whether to laugh or cry because he had certainly been had for ten pounds but he had to admire the pure cheek of the schemer anyhow.

What my friend received was a cardboard box containing two sticks and a piece of paper,  one stick was marked A and the other B , on the paper was written these instructions place Slug/Snail on stick A and  then batter with stick B until Slug/Snail is sufficiently dead, who could argue? The kit did exactly what it said it would do!
