Take a step outdoors.
Take a deep breath.
Step outside.
Breathe in the fresh air.
Let down your hair.
Let your worries fly away,
into the sky.
Let yourself be transported,
to another time.
Prancing along the hillside with spinning pinwheels.
Sitting by a duckweed-covered pond.
Standing in a field of blooming cosmos (flowers).
Strolling under the natural archway of trees.
Promenading across a bridge in a regal hanbok.
An evening stroll in a sculpture-landscaped garden.
Drink in the beauty of nature…
let it take you away.

I love to walk in the countryside in the summer.
