Banana Benefit to Your Health

It is almost unbelievable that a simple food, banana, can give us such a great benefit?

Japan scientific research show that banana that when banana is ripen it will develop dot or patch on it skin and the more patch they have is the more benefit we can gain.

The ripen banana contain a substantial known as TNF which play an important role of combat to abnormal cell that coz cancer diseases.

This is the result of testing on the animals by comparing many kind of fruits. And the result shows that banana is the best one.

A ripen banana will increase white blood and TNF to fight against cancer disease. The ripen banana is better than green banana at least 8 times and it is recommend to eat 1 to 2 per day because it also can help us to fight with some other diseases like cold, flu, and so on.

However banana also help our stomach work very well especially after meal. And if you have stomach problem you can try 1 or 2 green bananas per day or you may can dry it and eat with honey than it can help to cure it better than medicine.

Even though you still can’t eat too many of bananas. Nothing comes with advantage without accompany of disadvantage.

Banana also at that cases, if you eat too many banana per day it can bring you the hot temp in side your body (some kind only).
