Your Child is The Target of The School Bully What Should You Do?

Your ten year old son comes home from his first day at school. He has a black eye, he looks very sullen. You are concerned. Your son got beat up.

You ask him. “Johnny, what happened to your eye?” “Nothing.” He replied. “Tell me.” You say. “I bumped into my locker.” He replied. You know that he is not telling the truth. You sigh and say, “Johnny, if you don’t tell me what happened to your eye, you won’t get to watch tv for a month!”

“I got punched alright? So will you leave me alone?” He shouts while he walks up the stairs. You worry. Who would do such a thing to your child?

There are steps that you can take to do something about a bully. Here are some of them.

Call his parents. Say what happened in full. Say that you will have to sue them if this ever happens again.

Sue his parents. Take them to court and tell the judge what happened. Before you go to court, take pictures of your child’s injuries that were done by the bully. Hopefully you will win your case.

Sue the school. Yes, you can file a lawsuit especially if there is more than one person involved. Just take the principal to court and state your case. And remember to bring those pictures.

Drive your kid to and from school. This way he or she will be safe from the mean kids on the bus. Nine out of ten times, there will be some kid that will give your child hell.

Tell the school district about the bully that is attacking your son or daughter. Say that this will not be tolerated and tell them to do something about this or else you will.

Transfer your son to another school.

With these tips you’ll do just fine.
