You and Your Body

You and your body are two different entities. You are the invisible consciousness and your body a visible thing.

Your body comes first 

Your body arrives first into this world and that day is a celebration day for the whole family. You come at latter stage. If you were there then you might have recalled how painful it was for mother to get your body delivered and how happy the parents were soon after your body was born.

Parental guidance to your body

While you were not there your body gets care from parents. Parent act in place of you and guides your body. They teach your body how to walk, how to talk and how to express in neighborhood.

The parental guidance to your body continues even after you appear. When you come you are also in need of assistance to learn. Care is now for both, you and your body. However guidance towards your body is gradually withdrawn allowing you to take control of your body slowly and gradually while learning.

When you are fully matured parental guidance is more or less withdrawn and you and your body are independent. Thereafter you are in full command of your body and all matters are dealt by you alone.

You and your body   

You are born around nine years after the birth of your body. You take time to get yourself adjusted with your body and its surroundings. It takes another nine years for you to be fully matured. Around eighteen years you and your body are both adult and are capable of participating in the worldly activities.

So first nine years your body is with parents and next nine years it works under supervision of parents and yourself both. At the age of eighteen your body is fully under your control. In fact your body is your home and you need to take care of it.  

You and your body are now fully grown up. You are eligible to cast your vote, apply for jobs and even can get married. May be that is one of the reason eighteen years is considered as matured enough age throughout the world.
