Woman Should Give Priority to Her Carrier

I have my own views on this subject about woman that she should not stop working while entering into family ways. Even if she becomes a mom and finding lesser time for her own self, she should find a way to see to keep working and not give-up her carrier entirely.

Yes, I agree she might face a whole bunch of problems by continuing in her job due to various reasons after marriage, especially if she is not living in a combined family. In addition, more so while she becomes a mother but for the sake of her future, carrier and the expertise she gathered during her education and job is important besides the present ways of society where a woman not ever secured enough. Therefore, never feel to do away with your carrier and manage it properly come what may. That is important for you, as important as your marriage.

What I feel that particularly the women who are highly educated and working professionals in high-end jobs.They also  have to get married as per the society rules and nature’s demand, one day suddenly find themselves in a complex situation of choosing in between their married life or highly paying job. That could be due to any thing that may stop them from continuing in their jobs, Family problems or after becoming a mom, however, the carrier of a woman is important according to me they should find a suitable solution for this.

Women every where in the world are better equipped to tackle such problems with better facilities available to them in various shapes including child care homes and in house child care in their own working places, which is one of the biggest of the problems to continue with the job for women. Another good idea is to look for a female relative who otherwise not well supported and facing problems due to her financial, she could become interested to help in such cases, as she herself would be in good company.

Likewise, there are services of experts available to take care of your home and child for a reasonable price, which may help you continuing your carrier and keeping your mental satisfaction that is more important.
