miracle baby, but maybe the hospital shouldn\\\’t have been so hasty in moving the baby, some mistake must have been made, so they should help pay for the baby\\\’s care which probably worsened because of their decision.

I too, feel this baby is a miracle baby, and deserves the best possible care for her future! If pursuing a lawsuit towards the negligence of the hospital and doctors brings them the financial aid that the baby might need for her well being, then that’s what needs to be done. At this point, they have no way of telling what repercussions might develop from the baby being placed in the hospital morgue. If the parents hadn’t asked to see their baby, then what? It’s my assumption she would have been left to die! Thanks for sharing this story!

i personally think its a miracle!!! i don\’t really have a comment about the lawsuit because i\’m not in these people shoes-but i am a mom of four and i would be devestated if i had thought i\’d lost my fifth baby. absoutly a true miracle!
