Dog’s

she said” to hell with this building and to hell with you dogs .

she stumbled out the door and down the stairs spraining her ankle and growled at it, she got up hopped over to the car got her keys out and out then of no where a dog jumped out at her ,growling and snapping at her ,she dropped the keys and scrambled back away from the dog ,screaming at it to go away, it did not seem to care about her only the keys to the car, it leaped at her grabbing her keys and running off in to the darkness, Jamie scrambled to her feet cussing the dog for taking her only set of keys and pouring rain. She stood there looking to see where the dog went with her keys and out of the darkness another dog came forward at her .walking slowly with its head down ears laid back and teeth bared at her. She looked around for anything to pick up and defend her self with ,there was nothing in sight, nothing but old boxes and broken glass from one of the windows,

she hopped over to the pile of broken glass and looked for the biggest piece she could see in the dark the lightening flashed and she grabbed a big piece and turned to face the dog again,

another flash of lightening hit and there where more dogs not just the one ,all of them walking towards her  heads low and teeth bared at her, she thought” this is going to hurt me more then it is you”,she got close to the over turned trash can and thought I can get in there and hold the lid shut and stay there as long as I have to”yeah I can do that” she drug her sprang ankle and self to the trash can and opened its over turned lid and as the next flash of light she seen the horror in the trash can, a mutilated body of who she did not know ,the lead dog leaped at her biting at her leg and landing a growling open mouth on her already sprang ankle and bit down on her ,she screamed out in pain and swung the glass at the dog ,landing a hit on its over sized head ,it yelped and let go of the ankle ,and another jumped at her, she swung at the dog.
