Most divorces are down right nasty. And a good majority of judges don’t realize they can keep it from coming ugly. Cases where parents are more concern about their wealth and divisional property. Then they instantly should be assigned relationship training. Because the well fair of the child is their main concern.

And these cases where parents are trying to move out of state. Then should be study by the judge too. If it was an abusive relationship. Then off course the parent who is violent needs to be assigned 5 years of basic management control training. People who are assigned longer sentences to change. And realize unless they meet the rules. They will lose custody. You can bet they will try their best to keep custody or shared custody.

And these across the country custody. Don’t accomplish alot. I believe all divorce couples needs to be in the same state. And work on the needs of the child. Just put the children first and foremost.

Money mainly become a issue when some can’t pay. Or didn’t want to pay. Or had a child by someone else. And didn’t realize the kids by the first relationship is important. But love is the thing they most need.
