4. Susukan baby as needed, do not dijadual.
Usually the need is met by feeding every 2-3 hours. Any breastfeeding, do both breasts at each in turn for about 10 minutes. Always start with the breast side of the last feeding before. Check the milk until the breast feels empty.
5. When finished, apply as early lactation milk and allow to air dry before wearing a bra to prevent blisters. This can be done while supporting the baby to burp. Menyendawakan baby after feeding should always be done to remove the air from the stomach so the baby does not vomit.
