Why are garage sales so profitable!
So why are garage sales so profitable? The reason that they are, is because people want to get great deals. My family just had one, and we walked away with $1,300 in two days.
How to make money from garage sales- Easiest way to make money, is to go through your house and just pull out anything you don’t need, use, or want. For the above sum, $300 was unopened items. Another $200 is junk from grandparents…. ( we knew it would come in handy) The one goal…. OK two steps to making money, is to jump in when a person is looking at an item. The last one, very simple, just price low.
Paperback books- 25-50 cents
Hard cover- 50-$1
small toys (McDonald toys etc) 25 cents
plush toys- 25-50 cents for small 50-$2 for big.
Be sure to make it so that if people want to see something, they have to go around everything else.
