Sanding EPP

Are you sick of sanding EPP and having ripples, bumps, and ditches where foam has come out? Or taking an hour to do it? Well I sure am. So here is how I do it, quickly, easily, and with no fuss.
What You Will Need
- Dermal
- Sanding drum tip for dermal (doesn’t matter what size)

Use the Dermal at a low setting, Then move it across lightly pressing on the foam. You must go in the direction of rotation of it or it will rip out foam. The small sanding drums are much better then large ones as they don’t try to rip as much out. The EPP will burn if you hold it down to long or to hard, so do long light strokes following the rotation. It works great on KF-m airfoils but is also great for everything else.
